Diane is the absolute best. She is super responsive over text (my preferred mode of communication) but also called and came to my home when I had any more complex questions. She explained super complicated stuff in ways that made sense. She was on top of everything and constantly following up with others involved in our sale to make sure it went through perfectly. Anything that could be done for me, she did. I trust her completely through the crazy home selling process!
